Utilities and Amenities Access

  • The hot tub is maintained twice a week. Service personnel will be on the property for about 15-20 minutes between 7 am and 10 am. This schedule may change due to holidays or as needed by the company.
  • All bathrooms include complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Hair dryers, towels, and laundry access are provided.
  • A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, coffee, and trash bags (3) is provided.
  • Every bed includes bed linens and a comforter or quilt. One set of towels per person is provided.

Maintenance and Services

  • Snow removal is provided when accumulation reaches 4 inches. Contact for details if snow is a concern.
  • Trash Can Monkey service is provided twice a week. Large trash cans are kept outside, behind a small gate as required by the community. Service will briefly enter the gate and move the cans to and from the curb on the required days.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Flagstaff is a Dark Sky City. Please reduce outdoor lighting during your stay; lights should be on only while you are outside.
  • Smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are provided.
